LeAnn is licensed settlement agent with over 17 years experience in the title industry, closing cases in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. She started with 10 years in the settlement processor's seat before graduating to settlement agent, so she has seen just about every situation that can arise and has a soothing yet authoritative way of solving problems. Previous to starting Consumer First Title, she managed the Camp Springs office of Fountainhead Title, which was the most profitable office in the company's Washington Division. Realtors with short sale cases will find LeAnn's extensive short sale experience and ability to negotiate with lenders invaluable. LeAnn travels anywhere her clients wish for closing.
